We at JOSEF SEIBEL designed the Cassandra 17 with a finely woven textile upper embellished with small metallic studs that catch the light. The open mesh is clearly visible on the product images and creates a delicate, airy surface that breathes while offering a modern handcrafted look. The soft pink tone and the brown speckled outsole form an appealing contrast that makes the loafer both feminine and grounded.
Flexible barefoot fitAs a women barefoot shoe the Cassandra 17 supports natural foot movement and a wide toe splay so you can walk freely. The low-profile shape and flat forefoot give you a true barefoot sensation while the thin replaceable insole provides slight cushioning without a removable footbed. You feel direct contact with the ground while enjoying secure and relaxed steps.
Strobel construction and outsoleThe shoe is made with Strobel construction which we use to stitch the upper to the textile insole, resulting in a highly flexible and durable build that follows your foot. The brown rubber-latex outsole visible in the images has a subtle cork-like appearance and a gently profiled tread for reliable grip and abrasion resistance. This combination ensures stability on mixed urban surfaces and a natural rolling motion.
